Coordination
The project is being coordinated by target GmbH from Hannover, Germany. The private consulting company was founded in 1994 and currently has a staff of 14. Services including training, communication campaigns and project coordination centre around the core themes of energy efficiency and renewable energies. Until now, target has successfully implemented more than 50 projects, 30 of which were carried out within support schemes of the European Union.
