
The ENGINE partners Energon and Austrian Energy Agency offered two training sessions with 3 days training each. During the first session the energy management standard EN16001 was introduced and the focus was on energy monitoring and measuring. During the second session technical orientated contents were presented to focus on individual problems in the wood processing industry.
Energy managers from SMEs as well as interested consultants were invited to learn about Energy Management and Energy Efficiency in industry. The focus was on practical examples and best practice cases. Beside speakers from the partner organisations external experts were invited for particular technical challenges.
